Terminology

For purposes of this Agreement (the 'Agreement'), the Platform is referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'. Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as 'you', 'your', or 'User'. Collectively, 'we' and 'you' are the 'parties', and individually each is a 'party'.

Processing and Retention Period for Personal Information

We will process and retain your personal data for as long as required by law, or for the period agreed at the time we collected it from you.

As a rule, we retain your personal data for 1.5 years after you delete your account or if your account is deactivated due to misuse. This Agreement applies to all Users who trade on the Audácia Finvio Global website and its mobile app (the 'Platform'). Users must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing personal information and data protection in their respective country or region.

Invocation

Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations is to the most recently amended version, whether the amendment occurred before or after this Agreement was executed.

For example, we may use video (including audio) recordings for identity verification of P2P merchants and as evidence in P2P order disputes. Additionally, facial video (including audio) information may be used for Audácia Finvio identity verification on third-party platforms..

Although the Platform implements technical and security safeguards to protect your information, we cannot ensure that data transmitted over the internet is completely secure. Therefore, we do not warrant the security of the personal information you submit, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your personal data.

Updates to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. If we revise the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the changes, including the new effective date and a summary of the updates.
